Return & Repair Procedure
All Interphase products are repaired and re-tested at the Carrollton, Texas facility. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning any product to Interphase for repair, upgrade or exchange. When returning products to Interphase, please address the shipment to the attention of the RMA department, and include the RMA number on the shipping label.

You will need the following information when contacting an Interphase Order Management representative:
- Contact name
- Contact telephone number
- Reason for return
- Serial number (This is on label on the back of your board, and will have a six or seven numeric only serial number along with a bar code. Your serial number will be used to determine your warranty status.)
- Failure symptoms
Once Interphase has the above information and payment for the out of warranty repair fees (if required) have been confirmed, an RMA number will be assigned for your return shipment. Our standard turn time is 10 business days from the receipt of the product at Interphase. An expedited 48 hour turn time is also available for an additional fee.
