Support Options
In the interest of supplying our Customers with a comprehensive support program that adheres to the individual needs of each project, the following options are available for purchase:
Extended Hardware Warranty
The Standard 12 month warranty may be extended from the date of purchase, please contact your sales representative for additional information.
Basic Support
The Basic Support package is offered for annual renewal until EOL is announced and includes the following:
- Downloadable BDK/firmware updates (if applicable)
- Downloadable SDS patches, utilities and software release updates (if applicable)
- Downloadable drivers, patches, utilities and software release updates
- Email and Telephone Support with Interphase Technical Support Engineers during normal Interphase working hours
Premium Support Upgrade
Additional support benefits may be added to the Basic Support package and then offered for annual renewal until EOL is announced. The additional features are as follows:
- 7 x 24 Telephone Support with Interphase Technical Support Engineers (after hours telephone support for Critical and Restricted designations only)
- Access to Global Hotline Telephone number and pager
On-Site Support
Purchased as needed for the required level of support:
- Technical Support
- Professional Services
- Development Engineer
- Hourly fee with a minimum of 8 Hours
- Travel and Expenses reimbursement required
