Thomas N. Tipton, Jr. Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance & Treasurer

Thomas N. Tipton, Jr. is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Interphase Corporation. Tipton is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Company, including financial reporting, tax, planning and treasury matters. Tipton joined the Interphase in January 2000 and became the Corportate Controller and Director of Finance that same year, a position he held until becoming Chief Financial Officer in December of 2005.

Prior to joining Interphase, Tipton held various positions in the Assurance and Business Advisory Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. In addition to leading audit engagements, Tipton assisted clients with initial public offerings, debt registrations, SEC filings, acquisitions and financial statement preparation.

Tipton, a certified public accountant, received his B.S. in Accounting from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania.
