Gregory B. Kalush

Greg Kalush is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Interphase Corporation. Kalush joined Interphase in February 1998 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for all financial operations of the company. Shortly thereafter, he assumed broader responsibilities for other areas of the company's operations, including sales and marketing as well as manufacturing. In 1999, he was named President and CEO and is responsible for setting the company's overall strategic direction, providing leadership, and ensuring the company's financial performance meets the shareholder expectations.
Prior to joining Interphase, Kalush was Vice President of the Transmission Data Services Division of DSC, the business unit responsible for deploying frame relay and ATM transport services over DSC's DEXCS line of cross-connect products. At DSC, which was purchased by Alcatel in 1998, Kalush also held positions as Vice President of International Access Products and as Group Vice President of Finance for the Transport Systems Group.
Prior to DSC, Kalush worked at IBM, where he served as Director of Finance, Planning and Administration for the $3 billion Southwest Marketing and Service regional business unit. There he directed operations and managed a team of 450 people in an eight-state region. He also served as Division Controller for IBM's Data Systems Division, the company's leading revenue and profit generator at the time. In addition, Kalush was CFO and operations executive for Skill Dynamics, IBM's $400 million education and training company. He joined IBM in 1978 and held additional positions in the areas of accounting and financial analysis.
Kalush received his B.S. in Business Administration from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, and his M.B.A. from Pace University Graduate School of Business in White Plains, NY.
